Today's NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) meeting was at Aliante Station Casino & Hotel, a beautiful new hotel in North Las Vegas. Shauna, the catering director, help put together a delicious breakfast menu for the NACE group this morning and a few of us were able to get together for a few hours at the poolside cabanas.
