We had the pleasure of attending a dinner at the elegant Red Rock Country Club for local wedding planners at their "Sip, Savor, and See" event. They set up the dinner on one long table in a very intimate setting. It was a night of delicious food, wine, and great conversation and Angelica and I really enjoyed ourselves. The beautiful floral was provided by Layers of Lovely. Jennifer Johnson from J & J Photography took photos of the dinner set up.

Pepper Crusted Filet with Port Wine Demi - I personally had a delicious fish selection since I am a pescetarian. I emailed Gina, the Director of Catering about my dietary restriction after I rsvp'd to the event and she had already made note of it even without asking. Talk about attention to detail!!
