The first time I saw cheesecake lollipops, I was at a Concierge event with my sister at the David Burke restaurant inside the Venetian Resort, Hotel & Casino. This was a few years ago and it seems that I'm starting to see this trend more and more and it has carried over to weddings and events.
We recently did a wedding with a cocktail style reception. Red Rock Casino, Resort, & Spa created cheesecake lollipops and we placed it on a bed of red sugar crystals to coordinate with the bride and groom's wedding color.
