I'll be starting a series titled "Wedding Word Wednesday" and I will define a common wedding term. Like every industry, we have terminology we use often and we sometimes forget that this is new to brides. I try not to abbreviate because I personally can't stand it so my brides will never see "MOH" or "BM" (which could either be interpreted as Best Man or Bridesmaid) on our timelines. I prefer that words are spelled out to avoid any confusion. I will also usually ask my brides if they know what a "charger" or an "overlay" is, for example, before assuming. Wedding Word Wednesday will appear every Wednesday.
