How did you get started in this business? About 10 years ago, I started driving one of the 1st mega-stretch SUVs in Las Vegas. My background before that was as a fine dining waiter, so I was able to bring my customer service skills to the transportation industry and I quickly built a very loyal clientele base.
If you didn't do this for a living what would you be doing instead? Lounging on a beach somewhere, but since that's not really an option...I've become quite passionate about our efforts to protect our environment, so I really do believe that I'm right where I belong. What are some of your hobbies? Training Jui-Jitsu and various martial arts and hanging out with my Baby Girl.
What is your inspiration? Being able to provide employment and make a little bit of a difference in one of the toughest economic crisis' of our time. Knowing that I have so many people depending on me is what drives me to succeed everyday.
Name an exotic location you'd like to visit soon: Would love to visit Italy and Greece.
Why do your clients choose you over some of your competitors? We provide unparalleled customer service. I feel like many of my competitors have lost that extra touch that makes such a huge difference in the overall experience that the customer is looking for. What is the best piece of advice you can offer a bride and groom on their wedding day? Make sure that you research the vendors that you choose on one of the most important days of your life. These are the people that can "make or break" your big day. Choose people that genuinely have YOUR best interest at heart.

Lou was presented with a Certificate of Sentatorial Recognition as an Environmental Hero yesterday from Senator John Ensign. The award says: congratulations on receiving the 2009 EPA Environmental Award for creating and establishing your company, Earth Limos, the first and only eco-friendly transportation company in Las Vegas. I commend you on your business acumen, your ingenuity, and- most importantly-your commitment to the preservation of the precious natural resources of our community, our state, and our nation.
